WHAT IS CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT?

Classroom management is a term used by teachers to describe the process of ensuring thatclassroom lessons run smoothly despite disruptive behavior by students. The term also implies the prevention of disruptive behavior.

CLASSROOM RULES?

WHAT IS THE RULES OF  A CLASSROOM?

1. Listen to the teacher. 

• I will ask the students to listen my words always in classroom. I will always give my comments and opinions to my students when they do anything. It will help my students to do their work systematically and it will enhance their communications skills in classroom. I'm always be a guider for them. Other than that, it will increase their ability to concentrate on their studies when the teacher is teaching in front.

2. Put your hand up if you want to speak / answer.

• A teacher is not only to guide the students in education, in the same time a teacher should promote some good moral values when they teaching in classroom. A teacher should guide a student in order to make a best person with some good manners. As a future teacher, i would train my students with put their hands up if they want to speak or want to answer any questions. It will make the students to learn how to answer a question well. When the students put up their hands to answer or to speak up, its more easier to the teacher to pick up the particular students. Further more, i will provide some small gifts for my students to give them if they answered my questions well. So, the students will rush to answer my question and it will enhance them to concentrate on their studies.

3. Take care of our classroom equipments.

• A student should take care of his/her classroom equipments. Classroom equipments are duster, table and chairs, broom and dustbin. I will teach my students how to keep the classroom equipments well. For example, i will bring a small shelf to keep the classroom equipments. I will place the shelf behind the classroom. I will ask my class monitor to keep the equipments inside the shelf and ask him/her to lock before they leaving the class. I'm also will make sure that my monitor will do his/her job well or not.

4. Use kind words.

• I will use kind words when speak with students and other teachers. Teachers are the guiders of good and bad. So, i will teach my students to use kinds words when they speaking with other students and teachers. For that, i will paste some proverbs and poems based on morality on the classroom walls. I will ask the students to read the poems and proverbs everyday. So that, they can memorize that and will apply in their lives.

5. Be a good friend with other teachers and students.

• A teacher or a student should always be a good friend with other teachers and students. From here, they can share their ideas and informations based on their studies. Teachers and students should practice it in schools everyday. For example, teachers and students should give a smile and greets when they meet each other. 

6. Enjoy our learning.

• I will make sure that my students are enjoying the lesson in classroom. I will do some methods which can make them enjoy the lesson. For example, I will use slides show presentation, games, shorts notes in classroom when i'm teaching in class.

7. Share with others.

• Students should share their ideas, informations with the other students. Students also must share some stationaries with the students whom needed in classroom. I will train them by teaching this in classroom. This is because it will enhance their relationship with the other students.

8. Keep the classroom tidy.

• Students have to ensure the classroom cleanliness at everytime. It will provide a better learning way in class. So that, the students can enjoy their lesson and learning in classroom.

9. Finish the homeworks on time.

• A teacher will give some homeworks and tasks everyday after he/she finish his/her lesson. Students should finish their homeworks on time. Teacher should play an important role in order to practice the students to finish their homeworks on time. As a teacher, i will punish the students whom do not do their homeworks. I will give extra homeworks to finish and ask them to submit on next day.

10. Be on time.

• I will make sure that the students are be on time to enter the classroom. If they enter the class lately for 15 minutes, i will lock the doors and not allow them to enter the classroom. It will make them to enter the class early and be prepare with their stationaries.
